We are in a very powerful energy arc right now between the December Solstice and the New Year's Day New Moon on January 1, 2014. The energy today is about rest and integration. We are in a completely new world right now! We collectively stepped through the veil into the new Golden energy of Light and Love on the December Solstice and we are now vibrating at a much higher level than ever before. The changes can be felt within and slowly we will also see them in the world around us. Be sure to give yourself permission to rest and relax today.  Strive to seek inner balance, peace and harmony in each moment. As we tune into these higher frequencies, we can begin to experience a state of optimal health in our lives. We are now returning to our natural state of aligned perfection, which is our divine birthright. The key is to listen to what your body needs in each moment. Trust that you will receive all the information and guidance that you need. You will begin to remember that you are the master that you are looking for. Soon we will all walk the earth together in hand and heart in an enlightened state of Grace, Peace and Love. We ARE the ones we have been waiting for. We ARE One with all life. We ARE the New Earth.
