Whenever something happens in your life that "makes" you angry, it's a wonderful gift because it shows you the places where you need to clean. Your emotions are yours alone and do not belong to anyone else. Your emotions show you where you need to bring more balance into your life. As we clean out what no longer serves us, we create space in our lives so that we can shine more brightly in the world around us! We all have to do the work. Nobody can do it for us! Remember that healing is a process and takes time. Have an open heart. Be ready to let go of what no longer serves your highest and greatest self. Surrender to the process. Know that you are being held in a loving embrace, connected with all life! Know that you have all the help, support and love that you need. We are not alone! We are all connected as ONE! As we each do our work, the whole world benefits! Change begins within. Be patient, loving and gentle with yourself. Know that you are loved beyond measure!
