Try not to worry about what others say or think, and don't let it bother you. Simply don't hang out with anyone who is negative and brings you down. If you hear a passing comment in a conversation that makes you angry, don't focus on the words they tell you. Instead, send them a wave of Love and a breath of Peace, knowing that they probably needed that love and peace as much as you did in that moment. Instead of getting angry at a person or at a situation, look at it as an opportunity to be grounded in your own perfect experience, knowing that you are exactly where you are for a reason. We each have our own unique journey in life and it's up to each us to be centered in love, light and peace in each unfolding now moment. Be grateful and centered in Love!
